We, Vorda (or vörda in Swedish), will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days after orders are received, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to high volume of holiday packages, capacity of carriers and COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.

a. US Domestic Delivery

We ship in 2 business days after we receive your order. From time to time, the Site may display certain offers or promotions such as complimentary delivery. Please note that such promotions are subject to terms and conditions that will be provided when such offers are available on the Site and that in all instances, complimentary delivery promotions are valid only within the 48 contiguous United States, District of Columbia, Hawaii and Alaska. The US shipping rates and complimentary delivery promotions are not applicable to the US territories.

b. US Territories Delivery

We ship to US territories and offshore islands, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, as well as APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Please kindly note that we will only use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to deliver to US Territories.

c. Canada Delivery

We ship in 2 business days after we receive your order. Please note that all shipments to Canada over $20 CAD or equivalent are subject to custom duties and taxes. Customer will be responsible for custom clearance, duties and paperwork to collect tax. Custom clearance may cause the shipping delay.

All Canadian orders will be charged in CAD. All Canadian orders are final sale and not eligible for return and exchange.

For Canada Standard Shipping, packages are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post (Canada's postal service) which handles the final delivery of the package. In addition to the custom duties and taxes, the Canada Post will charge a $9.95 CAD handling fee for custom clearance.

d. International Delivery

We ship in 3 business days after we receive International order.. All international orders except Canadian orders will be charged a flat shipping cost of $29 USD. The delivery time may vary from 7 business days to 19 business days depends on the destination.

All international orders will be charged in USD.

All international purchases are final sale and not eligible for return and exchange.

All international customers are responsible for duty costs. The duties and taxes will be collected on delivery. Please note that custom clearance may cause the shipping delay.

For International Standard Shipping, packages are shipped via USPS to the local postal services which handles the final delivery of the package. Please note that local postal services will charge custom handing fee or processing fee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please reach out to us at info@byvorda.com with any questions at all regarding returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Black Friday Sale

a. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Currently, we only accept refund request for US domestic orders from 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. Please kindly note that Canadian and international orders are ineligible for refund and exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

b. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@byvorda.com.

c. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased on-sale during our Black Friday Sale are only eligible for return for store credit.

d. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@byvorda.com and ship your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
