SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 1 business day to process and pack your order with standard shipping and 1 business day to process and pack your order with expedited shipping and express shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas. Please note we cannot guarantee express shipping to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in CAD before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in CAD according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a byvorda.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Support team by email.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality 100% natural products in the world. Our Pure Essential Oils and Blends are processed and manufactured in our Japan labs and factories with great care and consideration. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Formulations and ingredients that do not fit your wellness needs can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative blend that better supports your wellness. Shipping cost for exchange is on us.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please contact our Customer Support Team either by contact form or via online chat to request a return. Upon authorization of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For certain items that require repackaging, a restocking fee will be charged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping ($11.99) will be deducted from your refund amount.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If 30 days have gone by sine your purchase(s), unfortunately we can't offer exchange. If you find your items are defective or damaged, and you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Support team by email.
